Job summary

Border Foods LLC in Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Manager to reinforce Core Values and lead the restaurant operation. You will oversee the entire restaurant, build a strong team, ensure fast, friendly service, and manage shifts, training, and guest experience.

The role offers flexible scheduling, top pay, a substantial bonus potential up to $20,000 annually, educational programs including GED and tuition reimbursement, scholarships, benefits for all positions, free food, and generous time

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of hiring and retention.
• Must work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• This non-exempt management position is expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
