Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager in Hastings, MN to lead daily restaurant operations and build a high-performing team that delivers great food and a friendly guest experience. You will reinforce core values and drive safe, efficient service.

You’ll oversee scheduling, coaching, and implementing standards while meeting operational goals. This non-exempt role offers strong earning potential, education programs, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Required when needed, the ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays.
• This non-exempt management position is expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team that consistently provides customers with great food and a friendly experience.
