Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a Border Foods restaurant in Minnesota. You will reinforce core values, manage daily operations, build a strong team, and deliver fast, friendly service with quality food.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Able to work early morning, evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Schedule demands may change.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team that delivers great food and a friendly experience.

• Ensure health and safety standards, proper cash handling, and compliance with laws.
• Schedule and deploy the Team, monitor performance, and hold members to standards.
• Maintain POS system and verify pricing updates and menu changes.
