Job summary

Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to reinforce core values and lead the operation of the restaurant, building a capable team that delivers fast, friendly service and quality food. You will monitor P&L, coaching, and daily performance to meet company standards.

This non-exempt role requires a minimum 50-hour week, ServeSafe certification, and a commitment to growth within a people-first culture that supports team development and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position; minimum 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
