Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and build a high-performing team. You will drive guest satisfaction with friendly service and quality food while upholding company values.

You will manage schedules, coach employees, and control costs through effective staffing and training. This role offers growth opportunities within a people-first culture and a strong support system.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests and team members.
• Build and coach a strong team to deliver fast, friendly service and quality food.
• Manage scheduling, training, and performance to meet Border Foods standards.
• Uphold cash handling policies and internal controls while monitoring inventory and waste.
