Open availability is required, including weekends and holidays. You’ll run the register, coach the team, handle scheduling, inventory, and merchandising, and step in as acting manager when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on customer service and store success.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment and healthy safety practices.
• Create and manage team schedules to ensure full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team to excel.
