GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to keep our high-energy convenience store running smoothly. You will support the Store Manager, run the register, coach a team, and help with hiring and training to boost customer service and sales.

Open availability is required, including weekends and holidays, with second or third shift likely. A pathway to Store Manager is available as you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and able to work weekends and holidays.
• Proven leadership and customer service skills with a positive attitude.
• Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers quickly and accurately.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell and deliver great service.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when needed.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
• Create schedules and manage daily cash handling and deposits.
