GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a high-energy convenience store. You will support the Store Manager, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service across shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities include cash handling, scheduling, inventory control, and promoting promotions to customers. This role offers weekly pay, a signing bonus, and clear growth paths toward store management.

Qualifications

• Must have open availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on service.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and store deposits.
• Provide feedback to motivate the team to excel.
• Other duties as assigned
