GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for a high-energy convenience store. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, supervise a team, run the register, and focus on customer service and upselling.

Open availability for weekends and holidays, leadership development, and opportunities to advance to store management are offered; compensation includes weekly pay, a sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends, holidays and likely second or third shifts.
• Proficient in English with basic math skills.
• Must have (or be able to obtain) a Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed, accuracy, and a great attitude.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on customer service and store success.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules to ensure full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
