GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to keep our convenience store energized and running smoothly on every shift. You will support the Store Manager, run the register, and coach a team to upsell promotions while maintaining customer service excellence.

You will also oversee hiring, training, and daily operations like inventory, scheduling, and cash handling, with opportunities for growth into store leadership roles.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• Proficient in English with basic math.
• Food Safety Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Open availability including weekends, holidays, and likely second/third shifts.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on customer service and store success.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership that motivates the team to excel.
