Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for our high-energy convenience store in the United States. You will support the Store Manager, run the register, and coach a team to deliver excellent customer service on all shifts.

This role requires open availability, including weekends and holidays, with second or third shifts likely. You will handle inventory, deposits, and store merchandising while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+
• Food Safety Certification required or able to obtain
• Proficient in English with basic math skills

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on service and store success.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store, including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits and oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team to excel.
• Other duties as assigned
