Job summary

Bojangles' in Cleveland, TN is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the team in the General Manager's absence and support the Shift Managers. This full-time role requires open availability and a commitment to guest service.

You will help with production, inventory, scheduling, banking, and staff training, while ensuring safety and quality. The position reports to the General Manager and offers opportunities for development in a fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Open availability.
• Dependable and coachable.
• Shift or Assistant management experience in a Quick Service Restaurant.
• Valid state driver’s license and active automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Production management in the absence of the GM/Shift Manager.
• Complete temperature logs and waste tracking.
• Conduct key inventory counts and cash reconciliation.
• Train new team members and supervise station operations.
• Address escalated guest concerns and assist with banking duties.
• Schedule with GM/DM approval and participate in interviews/references for new hires.
