Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Open availability.
• Shift or Assistant management experience in a Quick Service Restaurant.
• Valid state Driver’s License and active automobile insurance with minimum liability coverage.
• Working personal vehicle for management tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the Shift Managers and Team Members follow the Team Member job descriptions.
• Perform duties in the absence of the Shift Manager, including production management and cash reconciliation.
• Complete temperature logs and waste tracking.
• Maintain key inventory item counts and weekly inventory reconciliation.
• Conduct station training for new team members and train Shift Managers.
• Address escalated guest concerns and handle banking duties.
• Assist with truck orders and receipt of truck deliveries.
• Schedule with final approval from General Manager or District Manager.
• Conduct interviews and reference checks for qualified applicants.
