Bojangles' in the Dayton area is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead teams when the General Manager is absent. This full-time role builds on the Shift Manager position and may involve training across management systems to assist the General Manager as needed.

The position requires open availability, a drive for guest service, and the ability to manage production, inventories, scheduling, and banking duties in a fast-paced quick-service environment.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Open availability.
• Shift or Assistant management experience in a Quick Service Restaurant.
• Valid state driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• In the absence of the General Manager, oversee shifts and service.
• Production management and completion of temperature logs.
• Waste tracking and inventory counts.
• Sales and cash reconciliation.
• Training of new team members and station leadership.
• Address escalated guest concerns and handle banking duties.
• Schedule with final approval of GM or District Manager.
• Conduct interviews and reference checks on applicants.
• Assist with truck orders and deliveries.
