Qualifications

• General knowledge of restaurant or retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in managing drive-in operations.
• Train and support team members, carhops, and staff to ensure quality and safety.
• Direct and assign employees to meet service standards.
• Perform opening and closing duties and monitor inventory and staffing.
• Address guest requests and resolve complaints with supervision.
