Qualifications

• Minimum six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year of entry-level retail management experience.
• Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and basic math, reading, and computer skills.
• Willingness to follow directions and multitask with autonomy.
• Proven leadership and team development abilities.
• Commitment to SONIC appearance and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, manage, and develop great people serving a SuperSONIC guest experience.
• Ensure every guest leaves satisfied and becomes a repeat customer.
