SONIC Drive-In is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing drive-in operations, training staff, and maintaining a clean, safe and efficient dining experience for every guest.

You will coach team members, direct shifts, monitor staffing and inventory, and handle administrative duties while upholding SONIC appearance standards and customer service excellence.

Formación

• Six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year of entry-level retail management.
• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• General knowledge of restaurant or retail operations.
• Effective communication, basic math, reading and computer skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work with autonomy.
• Willingness to abide by the appearance, uniform and hygiene standards.

Responsabilidades

• Manages, trains, monitors and coaches Team / Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Directs and assigns drive-in restaurant employees to meet operational standards.
• Adheres to and monitors employee handbook, policies and practices.
• Performs restaurant opening and/or closing duties.
• Monitors staffing levels, inventory levels and food cost control.
• Completes weekly inventory as needed.
• Assists in administrative duties including maintaining files, records and documentation.
• Reinforces customer service mindset and focuses on guest satisfaction.
• Responds to guest requests and helps resolve complaints.
