Job summary

Burger King is hiring a hands-on supervisor for our Griffith, IN location. You will lead shifts, train new team members, and drive guest satisfaction while achieving restaurant goals.

You will coach team members, monitor service speed, and ensure cleanliness and quality in line with brand standards. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of supervisory experience, strong guest service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service skills and communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Creates and monitors schedules and onboarding for new team members.
