Qualificações

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Monitors guest service and restaurant cleanliness
• Maintains product quality and ops standards consistently
• Partners with GM to improve guest metrics and operations
• Reviews sales and scheduling to meet QSC targets
• Ensures accurate daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs
• Reviews inventory to order products efficiently
• Implements cost controls and monitors production planning
• Creates and monitors schedules and onboarding for new hires
• Implements action plans addressing staff needs and audits
