Chuck E. Cheese seeks an Assistant Manager to lead a team in a fast-paced family entertainment environment. You’ll oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive sales while maintaining safety and quality standards.

This role requires at least 1 year of people management experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to work 40 hours per week. You’ll train staff, schedule shifts, and develop AOI areas to maximize guest happiness.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older (depending on local laws).
• Minimum of one year of experience managing people (food service preferred).

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on time management, staffing, cleanliness and guest service standards.
• Recruit, train, develop and motivate the team to meet sales and guest expectations.
• Coach the team to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Understand cost control, inventory, financials and labor management.
• Own an AOI area (Kitchen, Sales, Showroom or Gameroom) and rotate through areas over time.
