Job summary

Chuck E. Cheese is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a high-energy team and ensure every guest leaves happy. You will manage staffing, training, and daily operations to deliver outstanding service in a family-friendly environment.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year of people-management experience (food service preferred) and a valid 21+ age. A high school diploma or GED is required. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ year of experience managing people, preferably in food service or as Opening Coordinator.
• Must be at least 21 years old (age may vary by state law for serving alcohol).
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on time management, scheduling, cleanliness, and guest service standards.
• Build sales and profits by recruiting, training, and motivating your team to meet expectations.
• Coach the team to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Understand cost control, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Own an AOI (Area of Impact) and rotate among Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom duties.
