Chuck E. Cheese is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a high-energy team in delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring restaurant standards and profitability. You will make daily decisions on staffing, scheduling, cleanliness, and safety, and coach your team to meet company goals.

You will own an Area of Impact (AOI) in Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, or Gameroom, rotating over time. Previous supervisory experience in food service or as Opening Coordinator is valued; 40-hour workweeks

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
• Must have a high-school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age (RVP approval may allow hiring at the local age).
• Minimum of one year of experience managing people, preferably in food service OR experience as an Opening Coordinator for at least six months.

Aufgaben

• Make daily decisions on time management, staffing, cleanliness, and guest service standards.
• Build sales and profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team to meet company and guest expectations.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean operation.
• Understand cost control, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Take ownership of an AOI in one of four areas and rotate in time across them: Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, Gameroom.
