Chuck E. Cheese is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a high-energy team in our family entertainment restaurant. You will oversee staff scheduling, guest service, and daily operations to ensure every guest leaves happy.

The role emphasizes coaching, cost control, and area rotation across kitchen, sales, showroom, and gameroom, with competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement. Requires at least 1 year of people management experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
• Must have a high-school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Minimum of one year of experience managing people, preferably in food service.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, and motivating the team.
• Coach and inspire staff to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Understand cost control, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Own an Area of Impact (AOI) in Kitchen, Sales, Showroom or Gameroom, with rotations over time.
