Chuck E. Cheese is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a high-energy team in a family entertainment-focused environment. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage staffing, and oversee multiple AOIs to optimize operations across Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom.

You will coach staff, ensure safety and cleanliness, and work toward sales and profitability targets while upholding company standards and guest expectations.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
• Must have a high-school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older (RVP approval may allow for hiring at the age permitted by local law).
• Minimum of one year of experience managing people, preferably in food service or as Opening Coordinator.

Aufgaben

• Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a safe, clean, and well-run environment.
• Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Take ownership of an AOI (Area of Impact) and rotate through Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom.
