Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
• Must have a high-school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older (local law rules apply).
• Minimum of one year managing people, preferably in food service.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on scheduling, cleanliness and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and a safe, clean environment.
• Understand cost controls, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Take ownership of an AOI in one of four areas and rotate through each area over time.
• Kitchen: manage ordering, food safety, scheduling, and dough prep; pizza and menu items.
• Sales: oversee Cashier, Salad Bar and Gift Shop; monitor sales, inventory and profitability.
• Showroom/Gameroom: lead birthday parties, monitor showroom seating and game maintenance.
