Job summary

J.Crew Group (JCG) is seeking an Assistant Manager in Tulsa to join the leadership team. You will drive profitability through customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement, while coaching the sales team for peak performance.

You’ll partner with the Store Director and manage a designated division (visuals, operations, HR, service & selling) to ensure smooth store operations, while recruiting and developing talent and maintaining exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope.
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds.

Responsibilities
