Qualifications

• Minimum six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year entry level retail management experience.
• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Effective communication skills; basic math, reading and computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems independently.
• Maintain appearance, uniform and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing drive-in restaurant operations.
• Train and support Team Members, Carhops, and Skating Carhops to ensure quality service.
• Direct and assign staff to meet standards for food service and safety.
• Perform restaurant opening and closing duties and monitor staffing and inventory levels.
• Reinforce customer service focus and promptly respond to guest requests and feedback.
