SONIC Drive-In is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running a busy drive-in restaurant. You will train and coach Team Members, supervise Carhops and shifts, and ensure food quality, safety and guest satisfaction are upheld.

The role requires flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, plus strong communication, basic math and computer skills, and a proven ability to lead, multi-task and solve problems while delivering great service.

• Strong leadership with the ability to supervise multiple roles (Team Members, Carhops, Shift leads).
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Assist the General Manager in running daily drive-in operations.
• Train and coach Team Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops; supervise shifts.
• Ensure adherence to policies, food safety, and quality standards.
• Perform opening/closing duties and monitor staffing and inventory as needed.
• Support administrative duties and maintain records and documentation.
• Foster a guest-first environment and address guest requests promptly.
