Qualifications

• Minimum six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year of entry level retail management experience.
• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Effective communication skills; basic math, reading and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages, trains, monitors and coaches Team / Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Directs and assigns drive-in restaurant employees to ensure all aspects of food service meet operational standards.
• Performs restaurant opening and/or closing duties and monitors staffing levels and food cost control.
• Reinforces customer service mentality and ensures employees focus on serving the customer at all times.
• Resolves guest complaints in a timely and respectful manner.
