Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or 1 year of entry-level retail management experience.
• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Effective communication, basic math and computer skills.
• Strong leadership and ability to coach teams.
• Willingness to follow policies and maintain appearance standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, monitor and coach Team Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Direct and assign staff to ensure all food service standards.
• Adhere to employee handbook, policies and practices.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties.
• Monitor staffing, inventory and food cost levels; adjust as needed.
• Complete weekly inventory and maintain required documentation.
• Reinforce customer service focus and resolve guest requests or complaints.
