Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management (QSR) or retail management.
• Excellent communication skills; basic math, reading and computer skills.
• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coaches Team / Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops to meet standards.
• Oversees drive-in operations and staffing levels.
• Monitors inventory, food cost and weekly audits.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Ensures customer service remains a priority and resolves guest requests and complaints.
