Rent-A-Center is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager to help customers access high-quality goods that enhance their lives. You will perform credit and collection duties, deliver excellent customer service, and participate in store merchandising to maintain inviting spaces.

The role involves driving, loading and unloading products, and providing white-glove service in-store and at customers’ homes. This full-time position requires reliability and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record (you will be driving company vehicles).
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Credit and Collections: positively impact growth and revenue through communicating with customers and collecting on accounts daily.
• Customer Service: provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with a serving mindset in stores and customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: drive to and from locations for loading/unloading and installation of products following safety procedures.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness for customers and coworkers.
