Planet Fitness is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a club team and deliver a superior member experience within our Judgement Free zone. You will partner with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, coach staff, and ensure service excellence.

Responsibilities

• In partnership with the General Manager, the Assistant Manager is responsible for the entire operation and management of the Club, ensuring positive member experience, teamwork and operational excellence.
• The Assistant Manager manages all aspects of the Club’s operation in the absence of the Club General Manager, motivating the team to achieve productivity and customer service goals.
• The Assistant Manager will assist with recruitment, hiring and training to ensure the club is fully staffed.
• Ensures excellence in Company Customer Service/Member Service by greeting and assisting members and responding to inquiries.
