Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring Assistant Managers to support daily theatre operations. You will be cross-trained across departments, train staff, and help ensure policy compliance and guest satisfaction.

The role provides a clear path to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program. The position requires completing mandatory trainings, maintaining high attendance, and delivering excellent guest service while managing cash and reports.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Complete Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program (three courses).
• Complete basic food handling training and any local/state certifications as required.
• If handling alcohol, complete Safe Alcohol Service training.
• Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance required.
• Energetic, friendly attitude and excellent guest service.
• Strong cash handling and basic math skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Follow the General Manager's direction and support decisions.
• Train and coach team members in their functions.
• Assist in preparing administrative and special reports for the GM.
• Oversee operations across departments and ensure service standards.
• Ensure dress code adherence and customer service excellence.
• Identify and report safety concerns and maintenance needs.
• Address employee relations issues per policy and protocol.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
