Cinemark USA, Inc. Assistant Manager role available to help operate a busy theatre and drive guest satisfaction. You will support the General Manager, oversee all departments, and train staff to uphold policy and standards.

The Management Accreditation Program provides a clear path to Senior Assistant Manager or Theatre Manager after six months of service. Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• High School or GED graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program (MAP) courses.
• Basic food handling training and any required local/state certifications.
• Safe Alcohol Service training for staff handling alcohol.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance and strong guest focus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Follow the direction of the General Manager and support staff communications.
• Work in all departments and assist with theatre operations.
• Train and coach team members in their roles.
• Assist in preparing administrative and special reports.
• Monitor facility conditions and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Ensure dress code compliance and high guest service standards.
• Enforce Cinemark policies and conduct professional employee relations reporting.
• Identify safety issues and manage cleaning tasks; use PPE appropriately.
