Job summary

Spice QSR, a franchisee of Tropical Smoothie Café, seeks an Assistant Manager to support café operations, uphold safety and cleanliness, and drive profitability. You will lead by example, motivate the team, and ensure customers have a positive experience.

Responsibilities include inventory counts, truck orders, and assisting with scheduling for GM review. Travel between locations may be required; a travel stipend is provided for vehicle use.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a fast-paced restaurant or assistant manager role
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs
• Strong multitasking, communication, and team collaboration skills
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Vehicle access and travel between cafe locations may be required; travel stipend provided

Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory counts and enter truck orders
• Learn and assist with scheduling for General Manager review
• Fill in wherever needed and pursue a management career path
• Ensure exceptional customer service, food safety, cleanliness, and profitability
