Job summary

Tropical Smoothie Café in Beaumont, TX is seeking an onsite Crew Manager who will lead daily operations, recruit and train staff, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-casual setting.

You will monitor sales, manage costs, and coordinate with marketing to implement promotions while upholding brand standards and sanitation.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to delivering friendly, efficient service for every guest.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of managerial experience in the restaurant or fast-casual field required.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, training & developing employees.
• Experience in growing sales & providing excellent customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in both front of the house & back of the house.

• Monitor sales growth & cost control of the café against the budgeted expectation & historical performance, to ensure that profit goals are met.
• Maintain & exceed customer expectations to build brand loyalty.
• Present a consistent, professional image of the café & crew by maintaining all sanitation & appearance standards.
• Communicate & stay updated on all marketing & promotional materials.
• Execute marketing & sales programs, following appropriate guidelines.
• Build café sales by cultivating relationships in the business community & initiating local store marketing campaigns.

Requirements
