Spice QSR's Tropical Smoothie Café at Duke Hospital in Durham is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations, ensure exceptional service, food safety, cleanliness and profitability.

You will lead by example, motivate the team, manage inventory, scheduling, and travel between locations as needed. The role requires 3 years in fast-paced hospitality, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to pass background checks. Training and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or assistant manager role.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs in a busy restaurant environment.
• Strong multitasking, communication, and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory counts and enter truck orders.
• Learn and assist with scheduling for General Manager review.
