Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• 1+ years QSR experience preferred.
• Experience in hiring, training, and developing team members.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Excellent menu and product knowledge.
• Desire to improve self and skill sets.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in both front and back of house.
• Ability to lead a crew of 2 to 7 people per shift.

Responsabilités

• Monitors sales growth and cost control of the café against budgeted expectations.

• Presents a professional image of the café and crew by maintaining sanitation and appearance standards.
