Job summary

The role requires at least 1 year of managerial experience in a fast-casual setting, strong communication skills, and proficiency with standard office software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of managerial experience in restaurant/fast-casual.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, training, and developing staff.
• Experience in growing sales and customer service.
• Ability to drive operational excellence in front of house and back of house.
• Proven track record of managing cost of goods and labor.
• Strong understanding of P&L and budgets.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
