Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or QSR shift lead role.
• Open availability, including nights and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inventory counts and enter truck orders to maintain stock.
• Fill in wherever needed within the café.
• Model best practices in customer service, food prep, and café operations.
• Assist in training and onboarding new employees.
• Monitor daily operations and help implement company policies and standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness.
• Promote new menu items and promotions.
• Support management with various administrative tasks.
