Job summary

Ziggi’s Coffee, LLC is looking for an Assistant Manager who will champion guest experience and support the General Manager in daily operations. You’ll lead by example, coach team members, and help maintain a warm, efficient store culture that reflects our brand values and growth mindset.

In this role you’ll balance accountability with teamwork, assist in onboarding and training, ensure high drink quality, accurate cash handling, and uphold health and safety standards while delivering outstanding

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of leadership experience in a coffee shop or café.
• Strong knowledge of daily store operations and drink quality standards.
• Able to lead by example and provide/receive feedback.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to take initiative.
• Completed required training modules and understands brand values.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to lead the team and daily operations.
• Support onboarding, hands-on training, and ongoing team development.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment focused on guest experience.
• Communicate clearly with GM, store owners, and team members.
• Perform administrative duties including inventory orders, deposits, and invoicing.
• Help uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Step into leadership during GM absences and make on-shift decisions.
