Ziggi’s Coffee, LLC is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager in delivering a superior guest experience and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. This role emphasizes staff development, a positive culture, and professional leadership across shifts.

You will help onboard new hires, train the team, and ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards are met while acting as a dependable leader during GM absences.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of leadership experience in a coffee shop or fast-paced setting.
• Strong grasp of daily store operations and service fundamentals.
• Ability to lead by example and give/receive feedback.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Completion of required training modules and alignment with brand values.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to lead the team and maintain day-to-day operations.
• Support onboarding, hands-on training, and ongoing team development.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment prioritizing guest experience.
• Communicate clearly with GM, store owners, and team members.
• Execute administrative duties including ordering inventory, deposits, and invoices.
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Step into leadership during GM absences and act as a reliable on-shift decision-maker.
