Auntie Anne's is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily bakery operations, train team members, and ensure top-quality guest experiences. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive performance, maintain standards, and foster a positive, accountable work culture.

The role emphasizes reliability, leadership, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for advancement and ongoing coaching. Grooming for success and attention to detail are essential.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated commitment to punctuality, including arriving on time, prepared, and ready to begin work.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and remain active throughout a shift.
• Basic math skills and confidence using point-of-sale systems.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and store technology systems.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests with friendly, energetic service and lead by example.
• Assist in daily operations; provide direction, coaching, and support to team members.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne's products according to brand recipes and standards.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and guest service standards are met.
• Monitor efficiency, labor, and store performance; support open/close procedures.
