Job summary

Fresh Dining Concepts, a leading Auntie Anne’s franchisee, seeks a General Manager to oversee store operations, financial performance, and people leadership across 10–40 team members. You will ensure brand standards, staffing, and guest experience while driving profitability and store growth.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of management in retail/restaurant, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with common software. Flexibility with schedule is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; BA/BS in Business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of successful management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
• Experience coaching and developing teams; strong financial acumen and P&L responsibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, and retain team members to meet brand standards.
• Oversee staffing levels and scheduling to handle peak periods.
• Train team on product knowledge, service standards, and policies; monitor performance.
• Conduct performance reviews, promotions, and merit increases.
• Drive store performance through budgeting, labor control, and compliance.
• Foster a positive store culture aligned with brand values (F.I.B.E.R.).
• Lead by example to ensure guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
