Job summary

FullSpeed Automotive is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading day-to-day operations at a fast-paced, multi-brand service location. This hands-on role splits time between the service bay, front counter, and back office, helping the team deliver fast, friendly, high-quality automotive service.

You will coach technicians and advisors, manage scheduling, monitor inventory, and uphold safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership in retail, automotive service, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for leading a team.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with hands-on duties in service bay, front counter, and back office.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in tandem with Store Manager.
• Coach and motivate technicians and service advisors.
• Schedule staff for peak hours and busy seasons.
• Onboard new team members on procedures, POS, and customer service standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe shop and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Track daily sales, productivity, and store metrics.
