Job summary

FullSpeed Automotive is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store operations across the service bay, front counter, and back office. This hands-on role leads a team to deliver fast, friendly, high-quality automotive service while maintaining a safe, clean location.

You will coach technicians and service advisers, manage scheduling, onboarding, and help drive customer experience and store performance with a safety-first approach.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment including service bay.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Supervision: support Store Manager and coach technicians and service advisors.
• Customer Experience & Sales: greet customers, explain services, and promote additional offerings.
• Store & Shop Operations: assist with opening/closing, cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory.
• Quality & Safety: ensure services meet brand standards and safety procedures.
