Job summary

Fourteen Foods is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Springfield, TN to provide quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards. The role supports and learns restaurant management responsibilities while ensuring a positive guest experience.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a restaurant leadership role, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to pass background and motor vehicle checks. English communication is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in restaurant leadership as Shift/Assistant Manager or similar.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18+ and possess a valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background and motor vehicle checks.
• Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification as required.

Position Overview:

TheRestaurantAssistant Managerprovides quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance the customer’s visit, while assisting with and learning restaurant management responsibilities.

Assistant Manager Qualifications:

• 2+ years previous experience as a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role.


• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.


• Must be 18 years of age or older.


• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.


• Must have reliable transportation.


• Must successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.


• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).


• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
