Job summary

Hirebridge LLC is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to deliver quality customer service and food products in line with Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards, while assisting with and learning restaurant management duties.

Ideal candidates hold 2+ years in a food-service leadership role, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years previous experience as a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Assistant Manager Qualifications:
