Job summary

Fourteen Foods' Orlando location is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to provide quality customer service and food products, upholding Fourteen Foods and Dairy Queen standards to enhance every guest visit.

You will assist with and learn restaurant management responsibilities, supervise team members, handle shift operations, and ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and service protocols while adapting to evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager or similar food service management role.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Food Handler's Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Effective communication in English.

Position Overview:

Assistant Manager Qualifications:

• 2+ years previous experience as a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role.


• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.


• Must be 18 years of age or older.


• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.


• Must have reliable transportation.


• Must successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.


• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).


• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
